| 1- Eligibility: The participation is open to all Twitter users who are legal residents of [KSA] and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. | 1- الأهلية: الهدية متاحة لجميع مستخدمي تويتر المقيمين بشكل قانوني في [المملكة العربية السعودية] ويبلغ عمرهم 18 عامًا على الأقل وقت الدخول. |
| 2- The gift is calculated based on the average needed oil changes per year (up to 4 times, 40,000 KM) – up to 3 boxes of Toyota oil 5W-30 SN. . | 2- يتم احتساب الهدية على أساس متوسط تغيير الزيت المطلوب سنوياً (حتى 4 مرات، 40,000 كيلومتر) – حتى 3 صناديق زيت تويوتا 5W-30 SN. |
| 3- The car registration license is required to be used for verification purposes and will be treated with strict confidentiality. | 3- يشترط استخدام رخصة تسجيل السيارة لأغراض التحقق وسيتم التعامل معها بسرية تامة. |
| 4- The gifts will be distributed by Social Clinic team who will manage the full engagement process and ensure document/ proof of each gift delivery. | 4- سيتم توزيع الهدايا من قبل فريق شركة عيادة تسويق التواصل الذي سيدير عملية المشاركة الكاملة ويضمن تقديم مستند/إثبات لكل تسليم هدية. |
| 5- The car should not bear any advertising materials or any type of symbols during the activity period, save as may be accepted by Social Clinic. | 5- يجب ألا تحمل السيارة أي مواد إعلانية أو أي نوع من الرموز خلال فترة الفعالية باستثناء ما يقبله فريق عيادة تسويق التواصل. |
| 6- Participants who enter the activity shall do so at their own risk and shall take all safety measures. | 6- على المشاركين الذين يدخلون الفعالية أن يفعلوا ذلك على مسؤوليتهم الخاصة وأن يتخذوا كافة إجراءات السلامة.

| 7- Participants shall abide to all applicable traffic and health laws, regulations, and instructions. and to the manufacturers’ instructions in relation to allowed milage and cars’ terms of use. | 7- يجب على المشاركين الالتزام بجميع قوانين وأنظمة وتعليمات المرور والصحة المعمول بها، وتعليمات الشركات المصنعة فيما يتعلق بالمسافة المقطوعة المسموح بها وشروط استخدام السيارات. |
| 8- Abdul Latif Jameel Oils Company Limited disclaims any liability toward to participants, participants’ cars or any third parties of any damage or loss whatsoever resulted from misuse of the cars or infringing personal, public safety or otherwise. | 8- تخلي شركة عبد اللطيف جميل للزيوت المحدودة مسؤوليتها تجاه المشاركين أو سيارات المشاركين أو أي طرف ثالث عن أي أضرار أو اصابات مهما كانت تنتج عن سوء استخدام السيارات أو التعدي على السلامة الشخصية أو العامة أو أي سبب خلاف ذلك. |
| 1- All costs and expenses incurred by the participant of any type and kind, including gas and oil, must be borne by the participant only and Abdul Latif Jameel Oils Company Limited Will not reimburse any participant for any costs or expenses. | 9- جميع التكاليف والمصاريف التي يتحملها المشارك مهما كان نوعها ونوعها بما في ذلك الوقود والزيوت يجب أن يتحملها المشارك فقط و لن تقوم شركة عبد اللطيف جميل للزيوت المحدودة بتعويض أي مشارك عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات. |
| 2- Abdul Latif Jameel Oils Company Limited Shall have the right to use any pictures, videos and any other materials of the participants and publish or use them for advertising purposes. | 10- يحق لشركة عبد اللطيف جميل للزيوت المحدودة استخدام أي صور ومقاطع فيديو وأي مواد أخرى خاصة بالمشاركين ونشرها أو استخدامها لأغراض إعلانية. |
| 3- The parties agree to submit any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jeddah courts, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. | 11- يتفق الأطراف على إحالة أي نزاعات تنشأ عن هذا العقد أو تتعلق به إلى السلطة القضائية الحصرية لمحاكم جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. |

| a) Participants must post a Video of their odometer on Twitter. | أ) يجب على المشاركين نشر فيديو لعداد المسافات الخاص بهم على تويتر. |

| c) The post must include the hashtag #مشوارك_فيها_مايوقف_ to be considered a valid entry. | أ) يجب أن تتضمن المشاركة الهاشتاج #مشوارك_فيها_مايوقف_ حتى تعتبر مشاركة صالحة. |
| d) Entries must be submitted within the Activity specified period. | د) يجب تقديم المشاركات خلال الفترة المحددة للتحدي. |
| The Selection: | الاختيار: |
| a) The top Ten participants with the highest mileage recorded on their odometers will be announced for receiving TGMO gift. | أ) سيتم الإعلان عن أفضل عشرة مشاركين حصلوا على أعلى مسافة مسجلة على عدادات المسافات الخاصة بهم لتلقي هدية TGMO. |
| b) In the event of a tie, the participant who submitted their entry first will be given priority. | ب) في حالة التعادل، ستعطى الأولوية للمشارك الذي قدم مشاركته أولاً. |
| Gift Distribution: | |
| a) The Ten selected users will be contacted via direct message on Twitter to claim their prize. | أ) سيتم التواصل مع المستخدمين العشرة المختارين عبر رسالة مباشرة على تويتر لاستلام جائزتهم. |

| The giveaway will run from [21 Sept] to [26 Sept]. All entries must be submitted within this period. | ستستمر التحدي من [21 سبتمبر] إلى [26 سبتمبر]. يجب تقديم جميع المشاركات خلال هذه الفترة. |
